Don’t Sleep on These Top 5 Hulu Shows for May 2020
As the lockdowns due to coronavirus have now made their way into May, and it seems likely they will do so well into summer, there are still many shows that people are sleeping on. Here we talk about our Top 5 Hulu Shows for May 2020. Subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime increased by 85% in March. FX Networks have had some great shows over the years, and it just so happens that most of these shows are FX on Hulu shows. As of March, Hulu is now the dedicated content hub and the official home of many past and new shows from FX networks.
While chilling out and watching some of these shows after a day of working from home is great, here are our recommendations for how you can stay productive with cannabis.
What We Do in the Shadows
Based on the movie that came out in 2014, this hilarious dark comedy is based on vampires and the living as well as the other creatures of the night that they interact with. From necromancers, to ghosts, to werewolves, to the “Barron” who is thousands of years old, this show is perfect for anyone who is a fan of both comedy and the horror genre.
Top 5 Hulu Shows for May 2020 – Dave
This show is about the comedic rapper Lil Dicky, his bipolar hype man, and his tone-deaf manager. He raps about his micropenis, his afro, and other goofy stuff but he can actually flow and is entertaining. Apparently Lil Dicky gets millions of views on every video he posts on his YouTube channel, but I just heard about him from the FX show.
Top 5 Hulu Shows for May 2020 – Baskets
Zach Galifianakis co-wrote the show with Louis C.K. Galifianakis plays a dual role in the show, which actually shows his acting chops. His main role is that of a down-on-his-luck clown named Chip who flunked out of French clown college and his twin brother Dale who runs a trade college. This show can be heartwarming and depressing at times, seeing Chip and Dale come in and out of their failures – but also comedic if you’re into schadenfreude. The heartwarming part comes mainly from Mrs. Baskets, played by Louie Anderson – which sounds funny at first but grows on you inevitably.
Nathan for You
In this uncertain times, every one could use some business consulting. Nathan Fielder will provide you with that consulting, but in the strangest way possible – like guaranteeing pizza delivery in 8 minutes or less or making gas $2 a gallon before coronavirus.
It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia
The OGs of ripping on each other, depravity and underachieving – Dennis, Mac, Charlie, Dee, and Frank (played by Danny Devito) have been making audiences laugh since 2005. It’s unclear whether there will be another season of Always Sunny, but if there is, the show would officially become the longest-running live-action comedy series.
